We aim to meet your expectations with your NDURE product purchase. If it doesn’t meet your standards, you can return it easily within 30 days. For a return, ensure the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Original shipping costs won’t be refunded, and you’re responsible for return shipping charges.

Note: Our return policy is only for purchases made on www.ndure.eu. Contact the original store for other purchases. For manufacturing defects and warranty claims, email us at info@ndure.eu.

Create a return

Complete the online return form detailing the order issue.

We kindly request that you print out a return label.

Place the return label over the original shipping label.

Proceed by shipping the package to our designated address.

You'll get an email once your products are processed.

You'll get an email once your refund is processed.

Right of Cancellation


You can send any unused item back to us if you respect the following conditions:

• You can send us a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery. After that date, we will no longer accept your request.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received with all packaging and seals still attached and in the original condition.
• Purchased products cannot be exchanged. If you wish to change your product, you will have to return it and make a new online order. We will credit the money of the first order as soon as possible.


• Create or access your personal account with your username and password.
• Fill out the online form, select the product you wish to return and give a reason, then click ‘Return Product’.
• Print a return label and add it to the parcel.
• Post the parcel WITHIN 30 DAYS from the online form filling.

Important notes:

• When you return a product, we provide free return service for selected Marketplaces. However, items bought on ndure.eu are not eligible for free returns.

• Once the returned product has reached our warehouse, it will not be send back to you again.


All returned product s will be checked by NDURE’s staff:

• If the returned product is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your return request will be processed promptly.
• The amount due will be credited to the same account used for the purchase.
• Should there be problems with the returned product, you will be contacted by our Customer Care for further clarification.
